Our Warranty and Shipping
At Terry Components we offer a lifetime warranty on a wide range of product. This is to ensure customer satisfaction by giving us the opportunity to strengthen our customer relations. Our Lifetime Warranty is one of very few in the industry. Our products are top of the line from top to bottom. We believe in our product and we put this warranty up to show it. Your starter will last for life and we are confident in that. Our warranty policy includes REPAIR or REPLACEMENT of our product, not refunds. Fill out the form and the checklist required to ensure our product is the issue and we will contact you in regards of repairing or replacing your item.
Products without warranty or with a limited warranty will have a statement in the product detail section of that product to specify the warranty of that product. All rebuilt starters are under a 1 year warranty.
To complete our Warranty Form, a valid credit card must be provided. Your card will not be charged unless the replacement product is not returned. If the original product is not sent back within two weeks, your card will automatically be charged the retail price of the replacement part.
