Except as may be expressly set forth in the product invoice, Terry Components makes no representations or warranties as to any of its products, express or implied, including without limitation and warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, under the South Dakota Uniform Commercial Code or otherwise.
Motorcycles can be dangerous. Terry Components has no control over the usage of any part. Terry Components expects the dealer or customers to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, application, installation, use and maintenance of any part or kit. Terry Components assume no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or the improper application of any parts in any way by any person. Terry Components shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damage whatsoever.
Terry Components can not resell any electrical product as new or any product after fuel has been introduced, so please make sure you are ordering for the correct application. All Sales Final -Exchanges Only.
